Prompt library usage and privacy
Lemon Operations uses email-based access control to provide approved attendees with access to the iTAS Autodesk Prompt Library.
For usage monitoring and service improvement, we may record basic activity data such as access approval, library visits, and prompt copy events linked to the registered email address. This helps us understand adoption, improve the prompt library, and support workshop follow-up.
We do not collect, store, or access the specific content, variables, business information, customer data, or edits that users add to prompts before copying them. Any customization made inside the prompt library remains local to the user's browser session and is not saved by Lemon Operations.
The prompt library is intended to support workshop learning and practical reuse of approved materials. Usage data is handled responsibly and used only for legitimate operational, support, and improvement purposes.
If you separately consent to receive iTPL news and prompt updates, we share your email address and preferred language with Resend for newsletter delivery. This consent is optional and does not affect access to the library. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and an unsubscribe is not reversed when you return to the library.
